Substitute Specification By Seller--Assortment Of Goods
SUBSTITUTE SPECIFICATION BY SELLER--ASSORTMENT OF GOODS
Details relating to the assortment of goods covered by this agreement shall be furnished by buyer no later than [Date to furnish].
If seller is unable to comply with the buyers details and specification of assortment of goods and the cause of failure of compliance is beyond the control of seller, seller shall have the right to substitute any details of performance that do not materially change the nature of the agreement or the risks involved.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
